The Inscription Museum is unique in Greece, and the largest of its kind in the world. In it there are 13.536 inscriptions, mostly written in Greek. Chronologically, they cover the times from the first historic times to the paleochristianic, and most of them come from Greece.
The Museum school life N. Chania was founded by the Local Authority Chania after initiative and proposal educational and spiritual people.
If you follow the dirt road from Elafonissi, this “hidden” beach will appear behind a rock. Leave your car at the plateau you will find, and walk the downward path, which will lead you after a few minutes to an amazing cedar forest.
