A deposit of 35% is required for the booking. 7 days prior arrival the customer must deposit the rest of the amount. Customer can pay by Credit card,via PayPal or by Bank transfer.

We require cancellation notification 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise first night room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. Kindly note that cancellation within 1 day prior to arrival or an early departure will be subject to a full accomodation balance charge. In case of cancellation or any amendments of your reservation, reservations department should be contacted. For non-cancelled bookings, if not checked in to the hotel, the total cost of accommodation or pre paid amount is invoiced as a no-show. 24 hours after the check-in time (hotel check-in time is 14:00), the hotel has the right to cancel the bookings which are not checked in yet and also has the right to sell this room/ rooms to another guest, the right for reimbursement is not given to the owner of the booking. If the hotel accepts the reimbursement of payment done by credit card, the procedure of reimbursement is carried out within the framework of the refund conditions of the banks. All transaction costs during reimbursements belong to the owner of the booking.
