Although, if you want to experience the trip with all your senses, what you have to do is follow a bumpy dirt road (a car is required) from the village of Kaliviani and continue on foot from the parking lot for 2 kms. You will then be astounded by the magic that will be unveiled before your eyes, when you look at the out-of-this-world, almost lunar landscape of Ballos.

At the end of an unforgettable trip, through the southern end of the White Mountains, lays the beach of Sougia, 67km south of the capital. A mix of sand and pebble, clean and deep waters, and an “unofficial” meeting point for nudists.
Around the middle of the 6th century BC, the Agora of Athens was founded on the northwest of the Sacred Hill of Acropolis. For the following four centuries, it has been the center of the social and financial life of the city. Around the Agora, various public buildings and shrines were erected.
